Donating to the Forward means you have contributed a tax-deductible financial gift. Because a donation is tax-deductible, one cannot receive products in exchange, so donations under $120 do not include a Forward.com subscription and will not automatically give you full access to our content. However, when you donate $120 or more you’ll receive a one-year Forward.com subscription, with the fair market value ($59.99) deducted from the tax benefit. The Forward is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and is supported by our generous readers and donors.

Donations

  • Subscriptions and advertising do not cover the costs of running a newsroom and a fully functioning nonprofit organization. We can only continue to thrive and grow with the generosity of our community through philanthropic giving.

    Donate Today

  • Donations support many things, but due to the generosity of donors, the Forward has innovated our treasured Yiddish publication, the Forverts, grown our national coverage, exposed antisemitism across the country, and preserved and leveraged our archive to share historical treasures.

  • The Forward is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. Our legal name is The Forward Association, Inc and our EIN # is 13-0623590.

To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We’ll send it to you upon the successful completion of your donation.

  • At this time, we prefer online gifts as we are working remotely. However, we are getting mail at our office. You can mail checks to: The Forward Association, Inc. 125 Maiden Lane, 8th floor New York, NY 10038.
